Feminine energy has a bad rep. So much of corporate culture and the patriarchy tell women and men that displaying “feminine” traits is soft. Yet these are the very traits that help us to nurture strong talent, collaborate, adapt to shifting trends, take risks, co-create answers that are more fit-for-purpose, and many more critical leadership skills.
