Burnout doesn't end when you change your job

I burned out twice - I have a vlog series about it on my personal Instagram page @tenjiwe. I've changed jobs. Have better balance. A more relaxed performance culture. Yet still - I'm at the chiro with neck spasms because I'm somehow working too intensely. And I'm exhausted. Again.

Basically, I'm realising that in order to fully recover from burnout, you not only need to change your beliefs, work environment, and work practices, you ALSO need to *change your nervous system* and *change your body's response to work* because, over time, you have PROGRAMMED STRESS INTO YOUR BODY, YOUR PSYCHE and YOUR HABITS. It's a lot!

I'm still at the beginning of this realisation so I'm still testing and learning with possible solutions, but just building this awareness is changing my life.
