The Abundant Leaders Circle is an intimate meeting space of learning, conversation and witnessing created for leaders to grow in their careers and leadership and to feel seen, understood, and supported by other leaders as they navigate the ups and downs of their careers.

Insight Circles

Discussions, masterclasses, workshops & retreats

Planning workshops are offered at strategic intervals in the year to help you step back and set career and leadership goals for the year in January, check in and recalibrate according to how your year is unfolding in June, and take stock at the end of the year to celebrate wins and capture learnings in December.

Nourishing retreats are a space of deep learning and reflection, self-experience and reflection, connection with others. They incorporate cutting edge neuroscientific techniques to deepen your integration, including neurolinguistic programming, visualisation, meditation, nervous system regulation and sound healing.

Self-mastery workshops focus on increasing your self-mastery by teaching you new ways to show up at work as your best self through mindset expansion, emotional regulation, nervous system regulation and personal enablement through wellbeing practices.

We will also deepen your emotional and social intelligence as a leader operating in an increasingly complex context leading employees who need more connectedness, shared meaning and emotional awareness from their leaders.

Renewal Circles

Informal support meet-ups

Leadership can be lonely but you don’t have to go it alone. Monthly support circles create a safe informal space for you to be vulnerable about questions you’re asking yourself or challenges you’re experiencing on your leadership journey, and to receive emotional support and wisdom from other leaders.

You will gain valuable insights from hearing about other leaders' experiences in a group setting, and also receive (and give!) one-on-one emotional support, peer advice and thought partnership from a leader like you.

You will leave feeling seen, less alone, nourished and helped.

There’s no long-term commitment so join a renewal circle whenever you feel a need to connect and renew.
